Why Bookers Choose Dusty

A guest who makes the host look good

Sharp, quotable, and generous with the specifics. No sales pitch, no jargon, just hard-won pattern recognition your audience can act on.

01

A real point of view

Most digital transformations fail at the people layer, not the technology layer. It reframes the conversation in the first five minutes.

02

Operator, not theorist

25 years and 400+ engagements, with clients including Stanford, Google, and Pacific Gas & Electric. Every point comes with a story.

03

Effortless to work with

Shows up prepped, hits your run-of-show, and promotes the episode to his network. Clean audio, camera-ready, zero hand-holding.

The Signature Idea

People first. Processes second. Platform last. Reverse that order and the transformation collapses.

About

Who is Dusty Gulleson?

Dusty Gulleson

Dusty Gulleson is the founder and CEO of Tectonic, a digital transformation consultancy spanning IT services, marketing, software, AI, and accessibility.

Over 25 years he has led more than 400 client transformations and grown Tectonic (formerly eResources) into a 100+ person firm, without a dollar of outside capital, serving clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe, including Stanford, Google, and Pacific Gas & Electric.

His perspective is shaped by one pattern he has watched repeat for decades: organizations buy the platform, force their people and processes to bend around it, and then wonder why the transformation stalls. Dusty argues the opposite order, people first, processes second, platform last, and he brings the receipts to prove it.

He is a candid, story-driven speaker on transformation, AI governance and adoption, the dignity of work in an AI era, and building a durable company against the grain of trend-chasing.
